UPDATE: The HTC DESIRE Rom Alpha 11 is out, which has unlocked the 5megapixels camera use for picture capture (4:3 or Widescreen), it also includes Flash BUT with incorrect timing.
Meaning that when taking a picture with flash, the flash lights up, but the picture still is captured as if the flash was disabled
